WHAT IS THIS COURSE FOR?
Attaining a Cat C licence enables you to drive what we people would usually call a ‘standard rigid’ truck/lorry.
A category C license allows drivers to drive vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, but must not exceed 32 tonnes. Category C (or Class 2 as they are otherwise known in the transport industry) licenses typically cover a vehicle with a cab and trailer fixed permanently together.

- D4 medical and D2 provisional licence acquisition
- Multiple choice and hazard perception theory tests
- Practical driver training course
- Practical driving test
- CPC Initial or periodic
WHAT JOB OPPORTUNITIES ARE OPEN TO ME?
Careers in professional driving transporting or carriage goods up to a limit of 32 tonnes.
